Help us quote accurately
- Include the vehicle’s make, model, year and engine type (petrol, diesel or hybrid).
- Describe when the fault happens — cold starts, in the rain, after sitting overnight or at highway speed.
- Mention any warning lights on the dash and any recent work, such as a new battery, stereo or accessory install.
- If the vehicle will not start, note whether it clicks, cranks slowly or is completely silent.
- For installations such as dual batteries or driving lights, tell us how the vehicle is used — touring, work ute, towing or daily commuting.
